Getting Started

DubLab is an AI-powered video dubbing platform that translates and dubs your videos into 92+ languages. Using advanced voice cloning technology, we preserve the original speaker's voice characteristics while delivering natural-sounding dubbed content in minutes.

Simply upload your video to the DubLab studio, select your target language and quality level, then click process. Our AI pipeline handles the rest — extracting audio, transcribing speech, translating text, cloning the voice, and merging everything back together. You'll receive your dubbed video in minutes.

DubLab supports 92+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Russian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, and many more. We're continuously adding new language pairs.

Quality & Features

Standard quality uses optimized models for fast processing with good results — ideal for drafts and quick turnarounds. Studio quality uses our highest-fidelity voice cloning and enhanced audio processing for broadcast-ready output. Studio takes longer but delivers superior voice matching and audio clarity.

Our AI analyzes the original speaker's vocal characteristics — tone, pitch, cadence, and speaking style — using advanced neural models. It then generates speech in the target language that matches those characteristics, creating a natural-sounding dubbed version that retains the speaker's unique voice identity.

Yes — that's exactly what DubLab does. Unlike traditional dubbing that replaces your voice with a voice actor, our AI cloning technology preserves your voice's unique characteristics. The dubbed version sounds like you speaking the target language naturally.

Pricing & Credits

DubLab uses a credit-based system. Each plan includes a set number of processing seconds per month. Standard quality uses fewer credits per minute of video, while Studio quality uses more. You can view detailed pricing on our pricing page, and unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

When you've used all your monthly credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more processing capacity. Your existing dubbed videos remain accessible regardless of your credit balance. We'll notify you when you're running low so you can plan accordingly.

Technical

DubLab supports all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM. We recommend uploading MP4 files with H.264 encoding for the best compatibility. Maximum file size depends on your plan, and videos are processed at their original resolution.

Processing time depends on video length, selected quality, and current server load. Standard quality typically processes a 5-minute video in 2-3 minutes. Studio quality takes longer — around 5-10 minutes for the same length — due to the enhanced voice cloning pipeline. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready.

Yes, DubLab offers a REST API for developers and businesses who want to integrate dubbing into their own workflows. The API supports all the same features as the web interface, including language selection, quality modes, and status callbacks. API access is available on our paid plans.

Privacy & Security

Absolutely. All uploads are encrypted in transit using TLS and stored securely on AWS S3 with encryption at rest. Access to your files is restricted to your account only. We never share, sell, or use your content for training purposes without explicit consent.

You do. DubLab processes your content solely to provide the dubbing service. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to both your original and dubbed videos. We do not claim any rights to your content.
